I’m Filip Lachert. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked where technology, operations and people meet — solving complex problems, building reliable services and helping teams perform in demanding environments.
My background is in broadcast and media technology, from satellite transmission and linear television to OTT platforms and 24/7 digital services. Over the years, my work has expanded from technology and operations into leadership, major incident management and operational transformation — often dealing with problems that don’t fit neatly within one team, system or area of responsibility.
That’s where I’m at my best: when the problem isn’t obvious, the situation is complex, and getting from “something isn’t working” to a practical solution requires both technical understanding and bringing people together.
